Upgrade to an m33 firmware you will still be able to run all of you stuff with the 1.50 kernel but you will be able to use all the new features and popsloader as well as run commercial games. Its a win win situation.
My PSP is version 1.50 at the moment and I have some cool GBA, N64, and Snes emulators on it, along with some other games and PSPTube. However I was wondering if a different software type such as M33 or OE would be better to use, or should I stick with 1.50 for all the emulators?

Skater's right. M33 is the way to go. Everything that 1.50 can do, m33 can do too.
skater9269 is right. Update to a custom firmware.
But I hate the term "win win situation"![]()
