It shouldnt brick, but as with anything to do with flash0 you do so at your own risk, Sorry.
Ok all,
I made a flash0 backup, only to realize i forgot the kd and data folders. I installed a theme over the flash0 and unknowingly i copied all the folders OVER my original backup!!!
So, i decrypted the a fresh eboot (3.71 as i am on 3.71m33-4) with PSARDUMPER and i was wondering if i could replace it or if i would get a brick.
These are the files that were affected
/font/ltng0.pgf
/vsh/01-12.bmp
/vsh/impose_plugin.rco
/vsh/msvideo_main_plugin.rco
/vsh/sysconf_plugin.rco
/vsh/system_plugin.rco
/vsh/system_plugin_bg.rco
/vsh/system_plugin_fg.rco
/vsh/topmenu_icon.rco
/vsh/topmenu_plugin.rco
So, i took the files from PSARDUMPER and replaced them onto my own (the backup) , but only the affected files (above). If i were to re-flash those files, would my psp be a brick?

i don't know
I had my issues with 3.71 flash0 a while ago, then my psp bricked (doesn't sound very promising right)
Maybe you could try using a plugin called CXMB, it was made to load custom themes from your memory stick, instead of the files of flash0, but I don't see why you couldn't use it to load the files you're trying to use and see if they work
If the psp doesn't load, or acts bricked, you'll only have to disable the plugin and that's it
edit: also, I have a backup of my own 3.71M3-4 flash0, maybe I can give you the files, let me check
