can anyone tell me if ps3 emulators actually work properly?

first... ps3 is too powerful to manage emulation on a normal computer...
second , the driver is too expensive...
third...over 20 gigs... no good

You might have to wait 20 years from now to emulate such a machine. You might as well just play the real thing buddy.
