After the 360 comes out and their sitster sites get more traffic, then they can cut down on the self-advertising, but right now they need to do this to keep their real jobs.

Paying staff members is essentially splitting the loot, that doesn't count towards "not making it by" since they are making money from that.

If you're talking about ContentHoldings in general, then again, that doesn't go into the cost of running the TRENDY-GADGET-HEREupdates.com sites, as it's a shared cost between all of their sites, which I'm sure pull a lot more than just PSPupdates.
