ShALLaX released a new version of Raincoat

This incorporates a change from eXOBeX which checks that the manufacturer ID of a chip is correct (it needs an odd parity to be valid). If it is not it suggests what can be done to fix it. This should stop false-positive chip identifications (e.g. the dreaded 0x09 0x00 write-protected chip error).
