PSP wallpaper
does anyone know of a program that lets you change the PSP wallpaper other then PSP personalize?...I tried that one, but the resolution and quality are just horrible

im lost here...I really have no clue what to do...are there skin packs I need to download or sumthing? If so where do I get them? and if not how do I get my own pictures to work? cus they either don't work, or come up like half on the screen. any help with this at all would be much apreciated (sorry if im being a n00b)

If your makin a bgpic it needs to be 300x170 and cant be over 150kb. Not sure on type of pic it has to be tho.
