Wally: In terms of the latest OS running on older hardware I agree, sometimes in terms of looks also, but not always.

Sometimes an older, classic black IBM laptop ages better than what apple thought was 'stylish' at the time.

My lian li case is a cpl yrs old and I don't mind the look of it at all.

heh yea the original Imac's and original Ibooks's are prime examples, you cant give those away nowdays (hell you couldnt give them away 2 years after they came out)

but when they were new all the apple freaks did backflips, and shelled out plenty of money for the 233mhz no ram retarded jellybeans

so what if its in a beige box is the underside of your desk really that big of a fashion snob?

and eventho my pc isnt a crystal and stainless work of art it still looks decent (for a box that sits next to a power strip and a trash can)
