Good PS2(3?) games with love plots?

Tales of the Abyss. There is absolutely no substitute. Legendia isn't as good, but Abyss is by far the greatest romantic action RPG I've ever played.

i would suggest getting sotc before ico.
i really like it better.

ico is kinda weird for me.

I decided on getting ICO first because it's a lot harder for me to find than SotC. I mean, I can find SotC for $19.99 at any given time, but I can't say the same for ICO.

i would suggest playing ICO first

While SotC is definitely set before the events of ICO, there are references in SotC that rely on knowledge of ICO.

Dont pay too much.
