    Rev writeelf v1.6

    Cybermind has released a new version of his Elf to SD Card writing application for the Wii.

    Writes a specified ELF file to an SD card for use with the Twilight Hack

    v1.6 (Feb 27, 2008):
    - NOW WORKS IN VISTA! (HUGE thanks to predakang of #wiidev@efnet)
    - allow -z option to be used without writing a file
    - added url to output header
