    xbox 360 xbox live private chat please help

    hi i have a problem with joining a private chat with a friend it says joining chat then it just dissapears i can join many other chats with no problem but its just this one if you can help me with this i would love some help thanks

    Have you both got "open" NAT's when you do the 'test xbox live connection' thingy?
