PVCS Reloaded 0.3 - Atari 2600 Emulator for PS2

Bootsector has updated his Atari 2600 emulator for the PS2, heres the details:

PVCS Reloaded attempts to bring PVCS 1.3 (Atari 2600 emulator by BraveDog) back to life! It now
supports following devices:

:. Memory Card
:. USB Devices
:. CD/DVD
:. HDD

This version was converted to PS2SDK/GsKit by bootsector.

thanks for this emulator. I tried PVCS 1.3 earlier with no luck. I would like to play my Atari Games in my PS2. so, please let me know, how to use your new pvcs reloaded. Do I need to have any other files in the same CD with the "ELF" file?
Is there any limitations for the number of ROM files?
Should I use UPPERCASE files for roms/ any other files?
