Oh ok. If you have a PC (I have a Mac), download a program called PSP Brew (it's available on psp-news.dcemu.co.uk, if I'm not mistaken). This works similar to k-xploit, except you can also add your own images and hide corrupt data files, etc. Play around with this program for a while until you get the hang of it. Once you get familiar with that program, you should be able to change the background image and icon using the PNG files. I could send you the eboot files (just PM me) but I don't provide them here since every time a new version of the emulator is released, I would have to upload new eboots. Plus, that takes up more space on the forums. Sorry I can't help with specifics on using PSP Brew, but I'm sure if you play around with it for a while you'll get the hang of it.
Edit: Here's a guide I found w/ google: click it.

These are most of the Icons and backgrounds i've made over the last 3 months. There are 2 styles, the first was my take on a sort of Pochi clone and the second is my own

These are text overlays, if you apply backgrounds to emulators the text disappears, to fix that these can be applied in the PIC0 slot.

Wow, those look like professional quality. Nice job, Giga Phil. Do you render those 3D images yourself?
