PSP GIF Viewer

Is there a program (Either Web Browser SWF, or homebrew) that can perfectly view GIFS? I also heard a rumor of a Mario XP for PSP. If anyone has any of these I will be happy.

you can use the XMB browser to view GIF
switch ON Animation in View Settings for animated GIF.
eg use:
file:/psp/photo/img.gif
as the URL.

There's also some GIF software that runs under emulation.
(I use GIFMAKE in Dosbox PSP)
