Well it doesn't take a detective to work out it was a chav reading his clothing description.

I read the word "chav" and had to think for a minute...I know most british slang, but this one went right past me. Thanks to wikipedia, I now know the meaning. In the US we call them wiggers or gangster/gangsta. People like this need to be put in jail instead of paying small fines...
