ben.vanik after nearly quite a few months away has posted new screens of his PSP Emulator for Windows working on new games, heres the screens:
Puyo Puyo Fever
It gets in game, but the drawing is wonky (only every 10th frame or so draws)
Every Extend Extra
Besides a few rendering glitches, the game works great! This is the first 3D game working; I was getting worried that I'd only be doing 2D stuff![]()
I cant wait for a download of this emulator

Thanks... but no thanks.
Why would I want to play portable games in a non-portable system? And I can play any game in the PSP without the need to buy it. And from my point of view, that's why people make the emulators... to play the "back-ups".
And if I ever want to play them big-screen, I have a S-Video cable there, an HDTV, and a TV-Out. So, hah!
Edit: Oh, I forgot that there are people who don't own a PSP...

DarthPaul, a PSP emulator can be used also for homebrew stuff.
not only that... there also portable systems or micro computers like the oqo model 2
Well, at least that guy could do a PSP emulator for the DS :P
It may not be technically feasible, but I'll bet there's more than a few
PC users that'd like to run PSPTube.
From a corporate POV, Game Demos, & f/ware emulated on PC would be a good advert for the capabilities of the PSP.
Realistically tho, the size of MIPS+allegrex, & sound/graphics coprocessors,
make a full function emulation unlikely in the near future.
Awesome...![]()
