    Default Downloaded saves for PS1?

How would I get these to work for my copy of FF9?

EDIT: its one that I downloaded from gamefaqs. It's a .PSV file. I don't know if that helps any.

There's a nifty and useful faq here that should do the trick.

I've followed these steps on my DexDrive saves and it's worked perfectly.

If you have a different save file format from what's in the FAQ, then just find a PSX Save Game Converter. It's not too tough to find via Google. But if you can find the same thing you downloaded in DexDrive format, that'll make things a little easier for ya.

    Anytime! ^^d

Oh, one other thing: In the absense of a DexDrive, you can use a homebrew-capable PS2 to convert the raw PSX saves to something the PSP can use.

Just find the folder on the MemCard that has your save file, copy it onto a USB Flash Drive or to your PC via a Network connection and convert it to a format that can be read by CWCheat.

Wth, it says that the .PSV file is in the wrong format. You can't convert those files?

Anyone know of a type of converter that will do .PSV-.MCD?

EDIT: NVM, I figured out the problem. Thank You everyone!
