I have a problem, I can't donwnload
When I go here http://rapidshare.com/files/99606777...EUR_MAXPSP.rar it says "this You have reached the download-limit for free-users. Want to download more?" and the other one doesn't want to work either? Any help?

Rapidshare says that for certain ISP's, I don't think there's anything you can do about it. Keep trying the Mediafire link, I got it to work the second time around.

These work as a plugin for CFW. Works on 3.90m33-2 for me.
You have to enable the plugin in recovery menu, disable "skip sony logo" and "fake region".
For the most part these are pretty cool. There's only one or two I really like, and it seems alot of the wallpapers are wrong or missing for some themes, but you can play around until you get the theme/background you want.
I did have some problems with this as it somehow locked up my psp once or twice, and it works off the mem stick, so the theme you choose will only appear when you have the mem stick inserted with the necessary files on it.
