First of all, do you have a homebrew enabled(modded, hacked) PSP near you? For example: A friend, a family member, or someone you know that has a homebrew enabled PSP.
Then, with the help of that PSP, you can create something called the Pandora's Battery. It turns your battery into a battery you can use to mod your PSP.
If you don't understand, or just need more help, you can send me a private message.
Good luck.
3.90m33-2 is the latest as far as I am aware.
tru89x: If your PSP is running the official Sony firmware 3.90 then you will need a pandora's battery/magic memory stick to put a custom firmware on it.
Put 3.90 M33-2 (from http://www.dark-alex.org/) on it, I've never heard of a 3.92 M33
yea it is running the official update so how do i go about getting mine set up right.
Pandora is the only way.
No offence, but isn't this so with every CFW-update? I mean, some updates start with a few bugs. Then usually a bugfix comes in the form of another update. BTW: I think I know why the coder propably didn't tell how uninstall this update. He already assumes we know this. We all know that unless you have a phat on a firmware prior to 3.80 m33 , the only way to install another firmware, is to use Pandora. So yes, there is always a risk. To take it, or not to take it, that is the question...
