pspvba rom patch

I was tring to play emerald on the vba psp but I couldnt play it because the patch didnt work does any one know where to put the patch file or how to make the patch work?

here's my advice, don't use vba psp. it only gets 5fps MAX, and no (real) sound
it doesn't support patches anyway

Because no one with enough programming experience to pull it off wants to mess with it, and everyone who does doesnt have any programming experience ^_^.

I cant get vba to run, and im not that sad considering how slow it runs. Just play Snes and smile .
