You can have low bitrates (like 31Kbs) to reduce file size and still have good quality music. Why, you have a problem with the format?

why not convert a simple mp3 with imtoo to 80kbs,
thats what i do, and the quality is still really good!!

reducing it to 31kbs is not going to knock off enough size to matter that much
