Neo4all Beta 4

Neo4all Beta 4 is an update of Chui and Fox68k's port of the Neo-Geo CD emulator NeoCD to the Dreamcast intended for inclusion in the second annual Dream On contest. Here's what's new:

• Windjammers sound output fixed.
• Iron Clad sound output fixed.
• Street Hoop sound output fixed.
• Slightly improved emulation speed.
• CDDA (enable ON/ disable OFF) option added.
• Synchronized sound FX option added.

when was the sound in those games broken?

Never games like 'Iron Clad' sound fine, for example when you press fire button listen NeoGeo sound instead fire sample.

I really appreciate version Beta3 because of the new loading screen (for games like kof it's much better) and now I'll try beta4, I'm so happy you 're still working on this fantastic emu!

Chui, Fox68k, thankyou both so very much for this incredible emulator. Ryuuko no Ken Gaiden/Art of Fighting 3 is now emulated to near perfection, and I couldnt be much happier. My DC can now play Neo Geo games better than my PC can, thanks to you guys! (yeah my PC sucks...)
