How good Mame on Dreamcast

Hi,

I don't yet own a Dreamcast, so appologies for my dumb questions.

The only reason I want a Dreamcast is to play Mame games on my TV, without having to bother with a PC.

I've heard of MameDC and MameD.

Are they any good? Which is best?
How is the speed?

Would the following games from the 80's be supported:

Out Run
Gauntlet
Ghosts n Goblins
Nemesis
Rainbow Islands
Scramble
Bomb Jack
Tiger Heli
Rygar
Defender
1942
R-Type
Star Force
.....etc....

actually most of the mame emulators arent all that bad and most of the games your talking of do work

that is a list of almost every single game that is fullspeed or close to it. This is using WowMame.
