    Default Disc Swapping Question

Is it possible to boot a ps1 backup with a ps2 gameshark using the slide card method?

*Well, I copied one of my ps1 games and I'm wondering If its possible to play it on my ps2. Without a mod chip. Basically I'm asking if I should get (or should i say BUY for the sake of legality) a ps2 Gameshark.

What the hell are you talking about? I just said I copied one of MY ps1 games... OK. I'll simplify my question. Does a PS2 gameshark work with PS1 games? (On a PS2 system of course) If not, do they still make ps1 gamesharks? How much are they?

Since were on the subject of legality; What if you bought a game, copied it, and let a friend borrow or even keep the original? Would it be illegal to have the copy? Technically you still own the original right? Or does it have to be in your possesion?
