this had probably been up before...but I really have no Idea where to get the "KEY.BIN" and the "BASE.PBP"...

this is the dodgy part...if you are in Europe your only source right now is illegal downloads.

i can't give you a link direct, but try psp-hacks. get the simple popstation gui, it makes files for you and transfers the eboots along with keys to your psp, it is really easy to use!;)

problem is we can't give you them here but if you google them i sure you will find them.

Why would you need these when the new popstation converters do not need them anymore?
