is possible to do an automatic headshot on metal gear solid portable ops online play? i need help!!

Yes, although it won't happen ALL the time.
You must meet these requirements with any given recruit.

- You need an "S" rank for your handling weapon of choice.
- A higher SNS number than 35
- "Gambler" Career helps, too.

You'll be bustin out headshots more than 60% of the time.

The Exclusive Zero character is pretty good with headshots. If I remember correctly his password is 1+2-3, although the clean decent way to unlock him is to have a Metal Gear Graphic Novel save on your Memory stick.
