The boxed DS release based on the massive Moshi Monsters brand – Moshlings Zoo – will hit UK shelves on November 11th.
As previously reported by MCV, the title will be co-published by Activision and Moshi creators Mind Candy.
It’s the first boxed Moshi Monsters video game. The monster-collecting franchise began life in 2008 as a social online world for kids and has since launched a host of merchandise including trading cards, books, plush toys and even a magazine.
Moshi Monsters: Moshlings Zoo will also come bundled with an exclusive new Moshling pet for users to play with in-game.
“We’re really excited to expand the Moshi Monsters universe into video games for the very first time,” said Mind Candy CEO Michael Acton Smith.
“The Nintendo DS is the perfect launch platform and we hope to build a lasting and successful relationship with Activision.”
