If you were disappointed that your country missed out on the initial iPhone 5s andiPhone 5c launches, we have good news: you can (probably) buy the smartphones today. As promised, Apple has released both devices in 35 more countries, including Russia, South Korea and wide swaths of Europe. There hasn't been quite as much fanfare as there was in September, however. Our colleagues at Engadget Chinesecovered the launch in Taiwan, and noticed that retail demand was mixed -- since many customers could pre-order their iPhones, only some stores had long queues. Those who haven't yet seen the new iPhones won't have to wait long, at least. Apple plans to ship the 5s and 5c to 16 more countries on November 1st, and the handsets should reach100 nations by December.

Many have griped about the Moto X's $200 on-contract price, which is a lot to pay for hardware that's frequently considered mid-range. Motorola must have heard that grousing, as the price of its 16GB Android flagship has dropped to $100 for both AT&T's Moto Maker variant as well as the plainer Sprint and US Cellular versions. AT&T's customized 32GB phone is also cheaper at $150. The regular 16GB AT&T and Verizon editions still sell through the carriers for $200, although it's possible to pick up either of them for $100 at third-party stores like Amazon. While the discounts won't sway those who insist on high-end hardware, they could easily tip the balance for anyone who was holding out for a better deal.

With the next-generation Surface now on sale in 21 countries, Microsoft probably needs to clear out whatever Surface Pros are still lingering in warehouses. As such, the company has taken $100 off both its 64GB and 128GB Pro slates, bringing their base prices to $699 and $799, respectively. According to the fine print, the discount is only available to customers in the US and Canada and will stay in place until December 31st, or likely when the units sell out, whichever comes first. While it's not the biggest price drop, it mirrors the company's $100 reduction back in August and gives those on the fence 200 (dollar) reasons to consider it over the new Surface Pro 2.

Pokemon X and Y continued to dominate software sales in Japan, sailing past 2 million units in its second week on sale.
Nintendo's enduringly popular handheld franchise sold around 470,000 units last week, taking its lifetime total to more than 2.3 million in Japan. Monster Hunter 4 and Grand Theft Auto V also had a strong week, selling 104,000 units and 88,000 units respectively.
The highest new entry was Namco Bandai's Sentouchu Densetsu no Shinobi to Survival Battle, which sold 44,000 copies. FIFA 14 and Beyond: Two Souls also made the top 10, selling 26,000 and 22,000 units respectively.

Xmas is now only 8 weeks away and this years big items to buy are none other than than a Tablet. If you have the megabucks needed to pay for an Apple iPad Air than thats great for you or if your buying an Amazon Kindle Fire HDX or Google Nexus then this wont interest you.
But for familes on a budget nows the time to get an Android Tablet thats up to date but without the massive demands on your wallet.
So the first thing i do is search the internet and i stumble on a site called Everbuying.com, the site reminds me of the long lost Lik Sang site, meaning a site that i can trust to get the product to me and most importantly for me at a price thats right.
Browsing the site you notice it has a massive amount of Android Tablets, so for any parents i say go for the ones with good reviews, the RK2928 Android 4.1 Tablet PC 9 inch WVGA Screen 8GB ROM WiFi Dual Cameras has 60 reviews giving it a 4 out of 5, like any gadget nothings perfect so 4 out of 5 is good enough for me, heres a looksy at it:

Those who didn't grab Capcom 30th Anniversary Character Encyclopedia at its New York Comic Con debut can breathe a sigh of relief: If you've got $11, you can now grab a copy at Amazon.
For that money (less than half of what the book was going for at Comic Con), you'll receive a 208-page, full-color, hardcover tome filled with artwork and character profiles drawn from the last 30 years of Capcom games. Obviously you'll see Ryu, Mega Man and Capcom's other poster children among the 200 characters detailed in the book, but there are also more esoteric entries which exist purely to fill in minor bits of backstory and to give devoted Capcom geeks a wry smile of vague recognition.
You can find more information on the Encyclopedia at Capcom Unity, but please ignore the part about an Amazon Prime discount. Whether you're a member of that service or not, the Encyclopedia will set you back $10.39.
