dudes, help me convince my parents

my parents think Death Jr. is a death obsessed slaughter game that focuses on devil-worshipping with a lot of blood and gore, and the whole point of the game is just to kil people. help me convince them that's not true

i remember buying mortal kombat II when i was a young'n.. i told my parents it was Mario Kart II... suckers. Ive always had a bit of a blood lust in video games... I concider it art.

Anyway perhapes you could find a demo trailer or somthing and show it to them?

way old enough, they just are too freaking strict

i already showed them some trailers, but the trailers emphasizes on swinging the sythe at enemies, and they don't like that. any people play it around here that can directly say it's not a bad game?

well then do what i did when i was your age (an entire year ago!). get a job, go to the store, and buy it yourself. your old enough to decide what is appropriate enough for you or not and its time your parents understood that.

i have a job people. have over $2000 in my bank account
they won't let me rent or buy it. i can't move out of the house cause i'm still in high school, and my job doesn't pay nearly enough to afford rent each month
