This is the first of the 2nd round matches,

anyway, one vote for Shenmue 2, imo its easily the best game available on Dreamcast, graphically it far surpasses most games that are released today on PS2, the story was far more realised than any game before it, and the ending leaves so much expected of a possible Shenmue III.

edit: I realise that this is a weekly draw, and i'm one day late, but my PC was buggered yesterday, so this poll closes in 6 days, then back to normal.

I don't think it's fair to match anything against S2, it's just that good a game, when i completed it i suddenly realised why there are so many pointless petitions for Shenmue III.

Shenmue II will win against almost every other Dreamcast game.
On a german mulitconsole board there is a HUGE vote running to determine the best videogame ever (all platforms).
It's almost done and I'm very happy and surprised that Dreamcast is leading all current votes. There is a chance that Shenmue II will win the prize

Shenmue II is just that good. I can see it easily winning this, although it may have some trouble against REZ.

That said i can think of many games superior to Shenmue 2, it doesnt deserve best videogame by far, there are many other great games on various platforms.

Seriously though, probably one of the best games I've ever played in my life - everything was pefect and Sega improved the minor annoyances from the first outing (which was the entire reason for me getting a DC as I stumbled across it at a mates house whilst waiting for someone - needless to say, I took the DC and the game with me

).

Ren = Greatest character of all time (esp. the Japanese version with the extra whiny voice)

Looking forward to S3 - Will be buying whatever console it comes out on but the lack of Yu Suzuki involvement and the fact that they will be retelling the entire story from point 0 is a bit of a "hmmmmm" point...
