Is it hard for the every day person who does not really understand computer jargon,
To be able to download Dreamcast games and then use them on ones Dreamcast?

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated as i love the dreamcast!

Here you can't download commercials games, here only games free, or programs opensource, and emulators opensource.

Are you talking about emulating old consoles, or burning DC commercial games?

If you want to emulate an old system, it isn't difficult at all!

All of the Dreamcast emulators are here, and here is a tutorial for how to burn the emulators to a CD-R.
