can some one make this game work for the psp?the game is for the gp32 but can some one make it work for the psp?
plz reply
a coder will have to port it over and i'm no coder so i don't know how hard that its, but is not easy. maybe it will be ported some day
ok but is anyone gonna code this duke nukem game to work on the psp?if someone does, that someone will be happy.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see. It is a great game and the PSP is still very young, so fingers crossed!
Just to hear his classic line "I'm gonna rip off your head and sh*t down your neck" and to then actually watch him do it after beating the boss will be worth the wait alone!!!!
an someone port it?
Jesus man! You'll just have to wait and see!!!! Read the threads!
It can be ported but porting the PC build would take a while.
It should technicaly be faster to port the gp32 port but i see no src released.
So guess were all stuck waiting then.
The file that i downloaded was called "duke3d.fxe" which i think is a
GP32 executible
to play Duke Nukem 3D For GP32 you would still need
a. the game files from duke nukem 3D (the pc version)
I have found a GP32 "duke3d.wad" file which i got from another psp site and
I use psp doom to play it on my psp
Just rename the "duke3d.wad" to "DOOM2.WAD" and it will load and play
untill you start level 2 at which point it crashes
read the link again
"How to play -
1. Get some data files (tested with the atomic edition, but I assume the shareware version will work too)"
hope this helps
OK umm you mixing $#@! up. FYI
First off Duke3D.WAD is a total conversion wad for doom where they took doom assets and modified it to resemble Duke 3d.
THIES ARE NOT THE SAME FILES USED IN THE REAL DUKE NUKEM 3D GAME.....
The gp32 file posted above is a real port of duke 3d and not doom. So it requires one to have the demo or full version files to duke 3d which are not WAD files.
Understand?
