Dreamcast? **** off.
If there was no Dreamcast pad, I don't believe the 360 pads would be what they are today.
The key to every video game console is how the player is able to interact with it. This makes the controller design a crucial factor in a console’s hardware development. Brilliant designs such as Sony’s DualShock have proven that they can carry themselves across generations of platforms. However, most other companies have not been so lucky. I had both dreamcast and n64 systems.
Dreamcast shouldnt be no 4 and n64 no 5.
Dreamcast was better build quality.had 2 slots compared to flimsy n64 which had 1 slot and broke easily.
While I do like the N64 controller, I did find it difficult to use when I was younger.
Dreamcast should be replaced by the Xbox Duke controller. Though I actually liked it for FPS games and due to the fact that it fit my hands very well, it was awkward and far too big for a lot of people.
Man I hated the Xbox S Controller it was just to freaking small.
The Best Controllers in my opinion:
The Genesis Controller
The Dreamcast Controller (it inspired both MS controllers if you ask me)
The SNES Controller
The Saturn Controller
Dualshock 1/2/3
Dreamcast and N64 shouldnt be on there. Those were two of my favorites![]()
I agree on the top 3, but #s 4 and 5? Come on! I love the Dreamcast controller and think it is very well built. I also like the N64 controller, except for some reason the buttons jam a lot and the controller gets too loose.
haha i agree but why isnt dreamcast on there??![]()
