not sure if my dreamcast is ntsc or pal
i got myself a 2nd hand dreamcast and a bunch of copy games, okay and today i brought myself a 2nd hand pal powerstone, and it starts to load then goes back to menu
could it be that my dreamcast is ntsc or what?

How come powerstone, chu chu rocket and fighting force seem to be the only 3 games its possible to find second hand?
