Off the top of my head...
Did you put your Game Boy Advance BIOS onto the root of the disc?
There is a freeware alternative BIOS out there as well if you don't know how to dump your own.
where exactly do u put the bios?
just in the dc folder one?
an how do u burn it?

For the one GPF released a couple years ago, you had to add the 1st_Read.bin to the main folder along with a game_config.txt, bios, and the roms.
Folder structure, if your main folder is named "gpsp":
gpsp/1st_read.bin, gpsp/ gba_bios.bin, gpsp/ Donkey Kong Country (U), etc...
Actually I'm wondering if you still need a game_config.txt to boost speed on games. Does anyone know?
BTW - Burn with Bootdreams.
1. Select the image type you want to create (nrg, cdi), select your main folder ("gpsp" or whatever you named it)
2. Select "yes" to IP.bin creation.
3. Now burn with your program, or instead of selecting a image, burn straight off Bootdreams with that option
A link to BD can be found at the DC section on this site.
sorry for being an idiot but how exactly do u make the thing into a cdi?
tried downloading bootdream but the download link dead can u upload it for meh?
does any1 have it already burnt intoa disk? tht they can allow me to download off them?
i tried burning it with tht BD but it creates it an all but it dont load the emulator at all it just says dreamcast logo thn go completly white screen

I see you could use a older version of BD.
Uploading an image might not be practical if disc swap isn't supported (-Don't know-), and uploading an image with roms already on it would be illegal. If you're trying to load it in an emulator like NullDC, you need to select the Chankast video plugin I believe. It's too bad if you don't have an actual Dreamcast, as it loses it effectiveness playing it on a DC emulator.
If you already have the games, but don't have an unit to play them on, download a PC specific emulator for GBA.
Something like Virtual Boy Advance.
I have tested this emulator and its not bad and good progress so far. I have tested 5 games.
Super Mario Advance 2 (Super Mario World) (slow but works)
Legend of Zelda (slow but works)
Donkey Kong Country (fast but freezes)
Rayman (slow and works)
Sonic Advanced (fast and works)
After looking into burning this, I'm having problems.
I thought the folder structure would be like the first version. CD\1st_read.bin, gba_bios.bin, romname.gba, etc...
I found two different downloads for this rev 5 version. Is the one from the link above the plain files? If so do I need a game_config.txt still? And what are the common.h, cpu.c, cpu.h, cpu.o, cpu_threaded.c files from the rar in the link above? Do I need them?
In other words, because of different gpsp_rev05.rar's floating around, I'm confused as to whats required. One has a game_config.txt, the other doesn't, etc, etc, etc...
Ok, I copied my BIOS and roms from my rev1 disc. What is the folder structure supposed to look like?
Please tell me someone knows. And, why do they even release these things without instructions if they want people to try them out?
