Haven't expierenced the crashing before the menu bug anymore.

Known bugs/flaws in the beta:
* Not too many mods included yet
* Hallowein 3D doesn't work (seem to work with the Win32 version !?)
* Menus need more work
* Additional MP3 files containing the IBM OST, SNES OST, Jaguar OST & 3DO OST missing
* Documentation not really started, Onscreen readme incomplete



I actually could need a binary that allows loading *.WL3 files for the rare commercial 3 episodes version of Wolfenstein 3D. There's at least one (if not the best!) TC that should be worth including that would need it to work.


...and I have a feature request: Do you think you could implement rumble support ? Would be great to feel if one got hit or shoot at an enemy ! Perhaps even if near doors close ?

I can't add rumble support because I don't have the hardware to test it on, nor do I have the 3-episode Wolf3d, although I agree that those would both be good things to have. I really don't have a lot of time either, to be quite honest. I'm getting old, and there are things I'd like to get accomplished before 30 hits (and that ain't too far off). The only things that have kept me from releasing what I have are that I'd like to make sure the source isn't too messy, and I can't remember my PW for the ftp where all my stuff is hosted. I got the features that I really wanted working (mainly sound) and I'm really not a good enough programmer to get much more out of it.

I'll check out the image when time permits--I should be writing a paper right now for Medieval Lit. Don't wait for a go-ahead from me if you want to release an image of Wolf3D mods with the binary you guys have. Anything I release is not going to be significantly different from that one, unless there's some major, apocalypse-inducing bug.
