    Default regional lockout

    Does the gamecube have any regional lockout?
    I have a PAL gamecube console and I want to play games from America.

    Thanks

    Yes, it does.

    There are two ways around it;

    1) Buy a Freeloader from somewhere like gamestation might have it costs about £15. Its probably on eBay cheaper.

    2) Do a simple mod where you can have a switch to make you GC PAL or NTSC. Google it and there should be a tutorial.

    Hope that helps

    Or if you like cheating a bit get the action replay, you probably can find it near the same price, as it has the freeloader built in. Thats the way I did it for any future things that can be messed with in fun ways with ar codes
