    Rev Dev kit to be very cheap

    Not sure if this is posted here but whatever.

    Nintendo's president Satoru Iwata previously stated that the Wii development kit would cost less than $2000. This was great news, offering independent developers a chance to make games on the Wii without spending a fortune.

    In a recent briefing Satoru Iwata has gone further still and claimed the kit would now cost as low as $1732 USD. The first picture of the kit can be seen below.

    Why are Devkits like always black (excluding katana) it's racism lol . Anyway that is quite cheap.

    I seriously doubt it's going to be that cheap. Nintendo is the most hardened of companies when it comes to control over their developers.
