Hey guys, I want to make a game, but i don't know anything about programming, but I will make the graphics, So I need someone who could make my idea possible

I'm trying to make a 2D brawler game (Double Dragon II style) with a NES look and music.

Do some research on BOR. It allows you to make something like what you are talking about with a relatively little amount of knowledge about actual programming

BOR is Beats Of Rage. It's a 2D side-scrolling fighting game that you can modify simply by editing some text files, and creating your own graphics, music and sound. Here are some links:
