NeoCD v9 - 2nd Test Build released!

A few minutes ago Ian Micheal released another build of the great NeoGeoCD emulator for Dreamcast:[br][br]Just a quick update release. Stef D fixed the timer bug in his core. There should be no problems loading or playing games like before [br]If you have missed out on previous builds and want to see how far we've come, just let me know and I'll upload them again. Please use my forum for that purpose.[br][br]Some other code changes i made to it for the render no dma and some other things. [br][br]Seems smoother to me. I hope it loads some other games now.
