Steel Battalion for original Xbox-200$ new. I did not particularly like it as the controller was not very intuitive. The controller should have been set up like a tanks controls.(i.e. forward on both sticks makes you go forward).
Must've been guitar hero 3, Wii Fit or this NES multi-cart, all for about 100$
Thinking about it again the Japanese Pokemon Colloseum bonus disc ($256.42) was my most expensive. Not sure if you would count it as a game though.
I bought the original Playstation in the first few months of its PAL release. It came with Ridge Racer, a single-track, three-car driving game. The bundle cost what is now approx. € 400 – withing weeks the price of the console was reduced to the equivalent of € 299. So I guess I paid more than € 100 for a rather simplistic (at least feature-wise) racing game.
Panzer Dragoon Saga Sega Saturn $79.99
