Unfortunately no it will only except the Memory Stick Duo Pro line as of now. Unless someone makes a adaptor of some sort for it
Hi, i know that the psp uses Memory Stick Duo but will it accept just normal Memory Sticks?
cheers

is a memory stick duo a sd card? e.g like 1's in newer didgitral cameras?
Sony Memory Stick (Duo) found [glow=red,2,300]here[/glow] this is a lot smaller than the 'Standard' Memory Sticks supplied by Sony found[glow=red,2,300] here [/glow]
There is an attachment your can get [glow=red,2,300]found here[/glow] that turns your Duo into a 'Standard' size memory stick.
But unfortuanatly the reverse is not possible as inserting a 'Standard' into a 'Duo' slot leaves a lot of plastic sticking out of the machine. A possible solution would be a sharp pair of scissors, but I would not recommend this!! ;D

Hi Guys,
On the subject of memory cards. I have seen 1Gb Duo cards, can the PSP address these cards, or is it limited to 512mb?
TTFN,
Clare.
No you'll be ok with a 1GB card. [shadow=red,left,300]2GB cards are on there way soon![/shadow]
anybody know where the cheapest place is to buy 1gig cards??? or even 512 because i can only get about 5 mp3 tracks on the poxy little one sony supply?
