    Default converting videos

hi there, I'm new to this forum, and I have a few questions.

I downloaded the Rapiz video converter and it said error. I then heard that you need quicktime, because it it supports mp4 format also. The problem is is that I dont know what to do next. Can someone please help me?

P.S the file im trying to convert is AVI

do a search for quick time or find a music cd single with video on as an extra, they have quicktime onboard!
