PSP Region free? Please Help

are all japan sold PSP's region free? I just bought one on Ebay and I hope they are.

another question, will my Japan version also be able to play all U.S games when released, and use all U.S add on's

what about movies and music, will I have any prolems with having a PSP from Japan in the future when accessiors hit th us, I just bought one like I said a Japan version. Its I just don't want to have any problems in the future beacause I have a Japan version and I live in the US.

I would assume that only applies to UMD discs? You should still be able to play any video and audio off a memory stick that the PSP is capable of playing.

And dont forget if you have a jap version PSP and live in Europe you should be ok with movies that are released on UMD in europe as both Europe and Japan are region 2 as far as i know
