Ok, I thought it violated service agreements. I have 2 PSP value packs for sale, 500 bucks with 2 games. I have them in the US, in my possesion. I just got back from Japan and waited in line 4 hours at the bic camera in tachikawa to get them. If anyone is interested please IM me, and we can talk about details.
