There is a problem with that at the hardware level (ie your plugs). A standard set of stereo headphones has three conductors. The psp headsets have four. This cannot be solved by the software.

I think that this is the sort of thing that the program author meant by "It requires the PSP remote and a headset such as the one used for the SOCOM game. PC to PSP headset adapters should also work. "

Well I just tried it using a regular pair of $5 retractable mini headphones. It worked, but was recorded at an extremely low volume. I even set the microphone record volume to the highest level. But it did work just the same without having to buy the SOCOM headset. So maybe someone else can figure out how to get it to record a louder recording ,or the programer can get the app to compensate.

Made my one headset adapter today. It works real great, took me half an hour and costed me about 10 euro's. If more people want to know how it is done exactly please say so. Maybe I will make a kind of tutorial...

I hope more voice apps come soon. Maybe it's posible to make a sort of app which can comunicate ad-hoc between 2 psp's

is there anyway you could make at work with the talkman usb mic coz that would be awsome as u wouldnt have to be "wired-up"

Just bought a psp headset for 10 bucks at a Blockbuster... gonna give this a try

I was looking forward to this... unfortunately, it's not working properly for me. When I press record a lot of code comes on the screen... I can supposedly still end the recording, and properly exit the program, though no file is created. Could this be cause I'm on 3.03-OE?
