I guess will, you don't see that much british tv, my fave has got to be reddwarf followed by blackadder.
I think Seinfeld was the most over rated comedy ever, I love lucy was pretty good though.

Family guy however is just daft and funny. I guess i'm not really into american shows though. (and this is a .co.uk site, i'd rather it give priority to uk

PBS is good for something. Blackadder. If it weren't for that I never would have seen it. Absolutely hilarious stuff. Plus, you get to see Rowan Atkinson before he became oddly deformed. Like watching old bootleg Aerosmith concerts, or watching old Rolling Stone concerts.

I'm addicted to "As Time Goes By", even the repeats that they keep playing on PBS here in NYS. "Seinfeld" was perhaps the best written American sit-com. Consider how involved each episode was, with different plots unfolding for each of those characters.
