Does anyone have a list of games that dont function properly on PAL , NTSC-J and NTSC-U dreamcast consoles. I know that on PAL console Sega Rally NTSC-J dont play properly. thanks.

Hi,
I think it depends on what cable (RGB, S-VHS; VGA, AV,...) you use.
But I never have seen any listing, sorry.
If you own game, that's not working try other cable, maybe it works with that one.
