Its an interesting kit to say the least, but not needed unless your that anal about your system. If you bought the vinyl skins and a protection screen it would only cost you $12-$14 dollars for both while this kit costs you $35. On top of that price your system is only protected while you are playing. Once you want to change out your game you will have to take off the protection and change your game out, while with the other items they can remain on your system even if you have to change items out which means your system is still protected from scratches or dents. In my opinion its not worth it unless you only plan to play one game on your system then entire time you have it.

it is nice and i might want it but have you found a website that has the case with a slit in the back so i can open the umd slot without taking off the case

These skins are supposed to be able to absorb shock from being dropped and resist dust and scratches.
