Has anyone got SOLID info on when Mario Kart Ds is out?

on Lik-Sang its saying (April- Jap) and (US-Nov 7)?

I know dates change like the English weather but I would really like to know who might have the right info...

No one has solid info especially for a PAL release. The only fact is that it will be out in the UK before Christmas. Probably summer for JAP, i'd say July.
