Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen! This includes not only the folks mentioned in the Readme and in the program:

I hope you guys all enjoy your PSP's tomorrow, hopefully I've helped make getting movies onto your PSP's a little easier. Whether you are in line tonight, or in a store tomorrow, make sure to spread the word about PSP Video 9. Like it, plus you can create MP4s of differing resolutions. Nice one. I did notice that when you're playinig one of these MP4s you cannot Zoom, or change to any screen res. Any idea why?
